Took my dog to get treated for parvo and he died. I want my money back! He was doing fine before I took him. He was playful and happy. I took him there and that was the end of it. Useless service. The office ladies being very rude, like if your not happy working there then leave, no consideration for people going through tough sicknesses with dogs and for them to be rude like come on. I can only imagine my dog not being given the full attention he needed. It breaks my heart thinking about it. I probably could've cured him myself. Disgusting smelly place! That should've been a sign that the place was a complete mess. Oh well I can go all day talking about how much hate I have towards that "pet hospital" but I'll stop here. Very unprofessional!!!

For little things as in vitamins shots there okay are you walking in and it smells it smells horrible customers or relating to animals just run around the staff is very commercial the doctor is very commercial and very rough he will not take time to explain things to you he is very rude they making steaks OverWatch and let animals die they don't write down correct information they take gases at Doug's weights and then over anesthetize them killing them and saying that their dogs heart just stopped for no reason it's happened to three of my friends another one of my friends had their dog in their took it be spayed and she came out dead they messed up and they cut something and they couldn't stop the bleeding. I do not recommend this doctor I do not recommend this the other night clinic there a revolving door Clinic you get what you pay for they are cheap and that's about the only good thing that there is if they're cheap so if you don't really care about your Animal by all means go there but if you love your pic like I do pay the extra money they're worth it for just like children I don't mind is just like my daughter that's how I look at her I love my dog! If I could give it minus 10 Stars I would

We love Dr.Hatayama & his staff . We have been coming here for 10 + years. He is very passionate about his patients.

The vet is amazing, he loves animals and is very thorough with the exams. They offer non invasive ways to treat a lot of things. They are extremely affordable. If you make an appointment, the 30 min to hour wait is worth it, if you walk in, it can be 2 to 3 hours because there are so many walk ins, but it is still way worth the wait! It does smell like animals, but never been to a good smelling vet place anyways, even the expensive vets stink. This place has wonderful staff and they answer all your questions or find someone who can if they can't. I recommend this place to everyone, even if your 2 hours away, it's worth the drive! This vet saved my friends puppy, over the thanksgiving weekend, she had parvo and it was only $300 for the 4 days she was there, and they saved her life!

This place is worth the wait. The vet care is truly a labor of love. He is great at his job. You can tell he cares about your pet
