I enjoyed my stay.. My husband and I are are small dog have stated twice now the owner is a very kind man ..Great clean rooms and friendly
I have been staying out of town for work quite frequently this year and last night, I had the pleasure of staying at the Super 8 in Selma. Comfort wise, it was similar to what one would expect from many of the budget hotels. However this one has the benefit of a Carl's Jr., an old school diner, a McDonald's, and gas station right outside. To most, it could be just another 2 star hotel but due how genuine the manager was there, his willingness to help us in our predicament at the time, I feel that he himself deserved much more than 2 stars. Not to mention he's got GIANT solar panels for shade in the parking lot which is pretty darn cool. So all things considered, I would stay here again. If you've got a thing for quirky little places with awesome bed-covers and vending machines older than the building itself...stay here. I had fun and hope you do too. :)
The place was really nice. the people there nice and not rude.
The manager greet us very well. He was helpful at times. The place is behind a gas station..... There is fast food everywhere... Therefore your going to hear all the traffic and that train every 4 hrs I think... The beds are not that great.... But if its for a night its acceptable....
I'm a Weld Inspector and I travel alot. To me customer service is everything. The manager and his staff here at the Super 8 in Selma have gone out of their way to make everyone's stay a pleasant one. Thank You!
