We also bought a futon/click-clack that you can't lay down into the bed position because the legs in the back are so far from the back side that it flips over the very second you try to lay down. This wasn't in the store to test out so it's partly my fault. But only partly. I should have been warned that it can't be used as advertised. Not to mention the seats are so hard you can't really use it without sitting on a pillow.
However, none of that matters when the furniture doesn't even last a year.
We spent over $500 on a recliner and click/clack futon and the recliner has already fallen apart beyond being able to use. The wood was missing hardware, the springs holding the underside of the cushion have all fallen off, and the foot rest is stuck open permanently. This chair looked and felt great in the store. Little did I know the price only gets you a chair made of weak wood with missing hardware.
I'll never come back here again. The service wasn't the problem, as the man we dealt with was very polite and answered all my questions.
Less than a year later and the hard earned money we spent on furniture is down the drain. Now we are without comfortable furniture and can't afford to replace this garbage.
I had a terrific experience with a wonderful salesman named Phil. We were in a tight spot and pressed to buy a 2 mattress sets quickly and Phil met all our needs on the spot and everything we needed was in stock! Not to mention quick delivery the same afternoon! Thank you Phil! You are the best!
by far the best buying experience ever...got blessed a few years ago on purchasing a new home..so my wife and I started shopping for new furniture..sandys furniture in Selma was our third stop and met a very nice gentle men named PHIL..he was very helpfull and answered all of our questions we had about the quality of furniture we wanted to purcahase....and not to mention over 30 years experience in the furniture buissnes ..being that sandys was our third stop..we continued to shop around n compare prices..cause we were looking to furnish the whole entire house..we went to 6 other furniture stores in the surrounding areas..and after soooo much shopping and comparing prices ... and finally we made our decision to come back to sandys and talked to phil again!! being that its a small family owned buissnes they are able to keep their pices very low and affordable..unlike the other stores we went to that had like 10 emloyees greeting you at the door and stood rite behind you literally breahing down your neck..we coluldnt even look around comfortabley and felt the pressure to buy.. and I was asking questions about mattresses and the guy didn't know anything!!.. it was like that at the big stores we went to..so yes again sandys furniture in Selma is the best store around..best customer service all questions answered good and fast delivery service..they got me everything I needed n more..the delivey guys were really nice and friendly as well..i would strongly recommend sandys furniture to all my family and friends..thank you phil and your assistant..you guys really took care of us beyond our expectations ..we will definitely be back for more furniture in the near future!!! Great people and the prices are very competitive for higher quality furniture. I have shopped around and came back here they matched price for a better quality bedroom set. Delivery was professional and customer friendly I will be back
