The impress clerk back in 2008 stole my credit card during a print purchase! Seems like this Selma store should follow around their own employees rather than offend the public with suspicious spying that ruins the shopping experience. Glad they caught you Theresa!

Short handed and not a very pleasant interaction with cashier. Normally the staff are polite and check rewards etc. This guy couldn't get my payment and walk off quick enough. What happened to "growing the business, one customer at a time"? Losing direction or failure to hire and retain the right people to work with the paying customers. Probably much more to the "why", but I'm not shopping at that store again. I can get bad service at many places, so I learn and move on. Not typical of Office Max/ Depot but enough to avoid that location again.
