The staff inside the dealership is wonderful! But the staff at the service center was absolutely awful. I had explained to the gentleman about a problem that I had come across. He kindly suggested I call someone about it and had promised me a card after my car was being serviced. When they were finished the older lady at the desk was on the phone. She made no attempt to ask me if I still had any questions or anything. She simply continued to have her conversation on the phone, circled where she wanted me to sign. So I signed and I waited, perhaps she would put the phone down then I could explain to her that I still needed the card her co-worked had promised me. I attempted to interrupt her and say sorry I need some info about where I could call to fix my issue. She said no we don’t do that, I can’t help you and continued with her conversation. At this point I was extremely frustrated with the lady’s behavior, she was rude, gave me an attitude and was simply no help. So I left and nothing was done to fix my problem. She was the upmost unprofessional person I have ever delt with period. Thankfully we were able to contact someone to help us on our own.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST customer service experience ever. They lost my NC license plates on the car I traded in and I'm receiving civil penalty fine notices from NC DMV. I've called and spoke to three different sales managers and no one has a clue what is going on. They have no idea what happened to my plates and keep promising to follow up but don't. I had planned to take my plates to mail back to NC (since that is required) and they refused to let me take them, assuring me they would take care of it. I even gave them the forms and address for NC DMV, I could not have made it any easier. How hard is it for them to follow up? How hard would it be for them to send me a release of liability form showing the vehicle/plates are no longer in my possession? Be warned if you trade a car in there, take your plates with you to return.

I drive the extra time to get my Optima serviced here; have always had a good experience.

Everyone has been so friendly and informative from Mondo, that helped sell me my car to Daniel in the service department. I love my new OPTIMA ! Go KIA ;) This is honestly the Best car I've ever had!

Horrible service experience. Went with my son to sezeervice his vehicle at this dealer and brought to the attention of the service writer a scratch at the base of the front window and that every time the car is started that a stale smell comes from the vents. Service writer came back to my son after awhile and said that the scratch is not covered under warranty. The scratch is under a molding and has been there since the day the vehicle was brought home. Second issue with the smell from the vents are also not covered under warranty and my son should turn the air conditioner off a couple miles prior to turning off the car to help drain the water from the catch pan. Sounds odd. I asked how come this was not stated in the owners manual and the service manager stated that it was they recommended this. When vehicle was done and my son and I walked to the vehicle I noticed that it had not even washed like offered. I asked if they could run the vehicle though the wash and was informed it will take another 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind that an appointment was set for services and total time it took to perform a oil change, tire rotation and for them to argue with me about not covering the other 2 items the work took 2 1/2 hours. I own and have owned 7 Kia's and just bought a 2017 this last weekend from Clovis Kia. The service there is way better and I advise take the extra drive to Clovis.

I've had nothing but 5 STAR service at this dealership.
